TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement. By accessing or purchasing from MyOutlanderAdvent you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Products & pricing. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and discontinue products at any time, even after an order is placed. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

Payment. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information supplied is accurate. Fraudulent or unauthorized orders will be cancelled and reported.

Returns & shipping. All purchases are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Review them before ordering.

Fan store disclaimer. MyOutlanderAdvent is an independent fan store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or associated with any studio, network, production company, publisher, author, or rights holder connected to the Outlander series or any related books, films, or television programs. All related names, characters, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced, where used, for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Intellectual property. All site content — text, graphics, layout, and design — is our property or used under license and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the store, submit false information, commit fraud, abuse promotions or returns, or interfere with the store's operation. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block customers who violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties. The store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Chargebacks & disputes. You agree to contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with complete order, tracking, and communication records, and to refuse future service to customers who file fraudulent disputes.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page.
